I recently joined a city soccer league at my personal trainers suggestion and I'm totally nervous because we have a game tomorrow and I've never played before. I have some Soccer questions that google hasn't been able to answer.
1. When you're assigned a position, do you stay in that general portion of the field or do you leave?
2. The rules say that games last 90 minutes, but is that really 90 minutes of intense running or is it less?
Any help would be appreciated.
